Richard Ian Walker (Age 56 yrs), Executive Director
Richard Walker joined Baker Tilly (now RSM) in 1986, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1990. He specialised in Business Management and Corporate Restructuring and Recovery progressing to a senior management role by 1996 before joining a proactive venture capitalist as a key advisor on acquisitions, subsequently accepting a Group CFO role.
Richard is an experienced finance director and has sat on listed and quoted company boards, including companies on AMEX and AIM, in addition to providing both director support and consultancy roles to numerous SME’s across a range of sectors.
Richard is currently the executive director of Angelfish responsible for sourcing investments and maintaining the on-going relationship with the Angelfish investee companies, which includes provision of financial support to a number of these companies.
Kenneth (Ken) James Gribben Hillen (Age 63 years) Non Executive Director
Ken began his career in 1977 with Royal Bank of Scotland and went on to hold a number of senior banking roles throughout his career including senior corporate director at RBS, managing director for Scotland and Northern Ireland at Anglo Irish Bank and, until 2009, head of commercial and corporate banking for Scotland at Bank of Ireland.
Ken has broad experience of non-executive and consultancy roles within financial services and other sectors, including director and chairman of a financial services business which specialises in the provision of bridging
Ken is currently a non-executive director of SQN Secured Income Fund plc, an investment company listed on the Main Market of the LSE and of Salutem Healthcare Limited, a private equity backed provider of specialist healthcare.
